Therefore, Dexter SEO Works does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, revenue, AI Overview appearances, or placement in ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, or other AI-powered search results.

We use reasonable SEO strategies and industry-standard practices to improve search visibility, but results can vary between websites and industries.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information and access required to perform the agreed services.

Depending on the project, this may include access to:

• Website administration
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Google Business Profile
• CMS or hosting platforms
• SEO tools or other relevant third-party platforms

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that information supplied to Dexter SEO Works is accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such information.

Delays in providing access, approvals, content, or other required information may affect project timelines.

6. Website Changes and Third-Party Platforms

SEO work may involve recommendations or changes to website content, metadata, URLs, internal links, structured data, website structure, or other SEO-related elements.

Some work may also involve third-party platforms such as Google Search, Google Business Profile, analytics platforms, directories, social media platforms, and other websites.

Dexter SEO Works does not control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that their systems, features, policies, rankings, or availability will remain unchanged.

7. Link Building and Off-Page SEO

Where link building or outreach is included in a service, Dexter SEO Works may research and pursue relevant backlink opportunities through methods such as outreach, guest posting, link placements, business directories, digital PR, and other appropriate strategies.
